Appointment cancellation policy

As a mobile massage therapist, I reserve both treatment and travel time specifically for your appointment. Late cancellations can make it difficult to offer that time to another client.

• More than 72 hours’ notice: no charge.

• 48–72 hours’ notice: 25% of the treatment fee.

• 24–48 hours’ notice: 50% of the treatment fee.

• Less than 24 hours’ notice: 100% of the treatment fee.

• Failure to attend or being unavailable at the agreed time and address: 100% of the treatment fee.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know as soon as possible by text or email. Notice is calculated from the scheduled start of your appointment.

These charges reflect the appointment and travel time reserved and the likelihood of filling the space at short notice. If I am able to fill the appointment, this will be taken into account. Genuine emergencies and exceptional circumstances will always be considered reasonably and individually.
